ECS-2532HS is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator with a 2.5 x 3.2 mm footprint, available in 2.8 V and 3.3 V versions. It operates over a frequency range of 1.000 to 55.000 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±15, or ±20 PPM. The device consumes 10 mA during operation and 10 µA in standby mode, with CMOS output drive capable of 15 pF load. Rise and fall times are 5 ns, output symmetry is 45/55%, and startup time is 10 ms. Aging is ±2 PPM over the first year at +25°C. Operating and storage temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. The part is RoHS compliant and features a ceramic base with metal lid and AuSn sealing.
