The ECS-100AX-100 is a TTL-compatible clock oscillator in a metal package with case grounding for shielding, operating at 10.000 MHz with a +5.0 VDC supply. It supports a frequency range of 1.000 to 150.000 MHz with ±100 PPM stability over 0 to +70 °C. Output is rated for 10 TTL loads with rise and fall times of 10 ns below 25 MHz, 5 ns between 25 and 69.999 MHz, and 4 ns above 70 MHz. Output low voltage is 0.4 V at 20 mA load up to 24.999 MHz; output high voltage is 2.4 V at 1 mA load above 70 MHz. Input current is 1.4 mA at 10 MHz. Start-up time is 15 ms. The device is RoHS compliant and uses a resistance weld package.
