The ECS-2520MV is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with a 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm ceramic package, designed for low-power and IoT applications. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.6 to 3.6 V and supports frequencies from 0.750 to 160.000 MHz, including 8.000 MHz. The frequency stability is ±50 ppm over the operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C. Output load is 15 pF, with rise and fall times of 7 ns max, and start-up time of 5 ms. Standby current is 10 µA. The device is RoHS compliant, features a tri-state function, and meets MSL 1 solder profile requirements with gold finish.
