The ECX-1637B2 is a sub miniature surface mount crystal for wireless applications, housed in a 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.45 mm ceramic package with a 2.0 x 1.6 mm footprint. It operates over a temperature range of -30 to +85 °C with a frequency stability of ±10 ppm (KY option) and frequency tolerance of ±10 ppm (C option), supporting frequencies from 16.000 to 50.000 MHz. The load capacitance is 8 pF, drive level is 200 μW maximum, and equivalent series resistance ranges from 40 to 150 Ω depending on frequency. It has a shunt capacitance of 3 pF, first-year aging of ±2 ppm max at +25 °C, and is RoHS compliant. Pad connections are symmetrical with pins 1 and 3 interchangeable. The part is rated for reflow soldering up to +260 °C for 10 seconds with MSL 1 and gold finish.
