The ProFeeder X-XL platform is self-sufficient, convenient, and still compact. Thanks to the built-in platform for attaching the cobot, the ProFeeder X-XL allows you to automate the process of supplying parts, speed up production and increase the volume of product. The ProFeeder X-XL is a spacious and versatile robot cell, it allows you to place it on any type of equipment, like a CNC machine or a conveyor. It is 500mm wider than the standard ProFeeder X and is available with 2 or 5 trays. FEATURES: The ProFeeder X-XL is specially designed for effective machine tending and can handle workpieces up to 160 mm in height. It is compatible with 99% of modern cobots. Like other ProFeeder Compact and ProFeeder X models, this platform works with two tray locking systems- MechLock (mechanical interlock) and Airlock (compressed air interlock requires compressor connection). The locking system is useful for enhancing workplace safety and protecting the operators from injuries.
