Equipped with the latest in curing system technology, this modernized conveyor combines functionality and design, providing operators with ease of use and the highest quality of life. It is specifically designed to work seamlessly with Dymax’s high-power BlueWave® FX-1250 flood-curing system (purchased separately). The conveyor can support up to four LED emitters in various mounting configurations, enabling easy adjustment of the curing area size for greater precision and efficiency in the curing process. The unit features an 8-inch high-contrast touch screen with a modern, easy-to-use interface for adjusting parameters such as belt speed and emitter intensity. This provides improved monitoring and process control directly from the conveyor. In addition, it allows users to store and recall up to 16 custom programs for more repeatable processes. The UVCS V3.0 LED conveyor is equipped with an automated sensing feature that detects part entry/exit and offers various operation modes, including an oven mode and high-speed conveying mode. Additionally, it provides the added flexibility of reversing the conveying direction. A 12" belt creates a curing tunnel that easily accommodates large parts, including tube sets, PC boards, and dental aligners. Its use of stainless-steel components near the belt limits ESD, ensuring the safety of operators and sensitive parts. With its advanced features, versatile design, and user-friendly interface, the UVCS V3.0 LED delivers superior curing performance for adhesives, coatings, inks, and other UV-activated substrates. A complete UVCS V3.0 LED conveyor system includes a base conveyor and requires a minimum of one BlueWave FX-1250 controller, emitter, power cord, and interconnect cable. BlueWave FX-1250 components are sold separate from the UVCS V3.0 LED base conveyor. The base conveyor ships with a region-specific power cord and the emitter mounting cradle pre-installed (H-Cradle or V-Cradle selected at time of purchase).
