Dymax UVCS SideCure Conveyor System

Available Globally, Except Europe Dymax SideCure conveyor system is configured with UV curing lamps on the left, right, and/or top offer consistent, fast, and safe UV curing from the top and/or sides. These conveyors are designed for 180° curing of UV curable adhesives, UV curable coatings, and UV curable inks. These conveyors can be outfitted with either a standard metal halide (longwave), mercury (shortwave), or visible light bulbs. Consistent line speed, consistent lamp height, and consistent intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. These conveyors do not emit stray UV light and can be outfitted with one to eight moderate-intensity 5000-EC UV flood lamps in the configurations shown further below. Popular end-use applications include UV curing of bonding, masking, and coating applications in the medical, electronics, aerospace, and industrial industries.
