DRUM-MATES® high efficiency drum mixers are versatile over a wide range of applications. These mixers fit most drum lid types and sizes, whether for 30, 55 or 85 Gal. drum lids.
Pneumatic drum mixers are offered with a choice of horsepower and direct or geared drives ¾ Hp, 1.5 Hp or 4.0 Hp, from approximately 30-2000 rpm. If motor and mixer are maintained properly using an FRL*, treated with due care, properly protected and cleaned after use, this equipment can provide a long service life. The stand can be conveniently mounted onto most drum lids so that it mounts onto or transfers from other drums.
The mount stand can be further sealed to provide virtually complete splash and fume containment. This helps prevent airborne moisture or particulate contamination entry or fume venting or liquid splashout while mixing. Other mixer styles available on request. (Mixer shaft with impeller(s) sold separately)
