The Microshot Spray Valve - TS5540-MS is designed to spray low to medium viscosity fluids through disposable dispensing tips. This innovative design enables the valve to produce uniform spray patterns ranging from 0.180”- 0.60” (4.6mm – 15 mm) in diameter. The TS5540-MS spray valve has a field replaceable UHMWPE seat (seal) to provide positive shut-off and extend the valve life cycle. An external stroke control makes it easy for the operator to fine-tune fluid flow. Total control of the spray cycle is provided by adjustable fluid flow and precise control of prespray, atomizing air and post spray with the Multi-Purpose Digital Controller - TS500R. Maintenance is made simple by the elimination of troublesome spring loaded needle packings. Downtime is virtually eliminated with only one seal to replace during normal maintenance.
TheTS5540-MS spray valves come with FDA-Compliant 303 stainless steel construction in both air cylinder and fluid housing. The compact design and easy-mount threaded hole allow for easy integration into automated applications.
