The PDW07691 is a 18-20 GHz 2-way Wilkinson power divider designed for surface mount applications, offering low loss and temperature-stable performance. It features a compact SMT package with dimensions specified in inches and is rated for operation from -55°C to +125°C. The device maintains a nominal 3.0 dB split, with amplitude balance within ±0.25 dB and phase balance within ±5.0 degrees. It provides a minimum return loss and isolation of 15 dB, with insertion loss under 0.5 dB. The part supports up to 10 W CW input power when mounted on a PCB with adequate thermal vias and heat sinking. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL1, and termination finish is ENIG. Maximum assembly process temperature is 250°C.
