The MLPS501M250EA0C is a 105 °C aluminum electrolytic FlatpackTM capacitor with a rated voltage of 250 Vdc and capacitance of 500 µF, ±20% tolerance. The case measures 0.60 in height, 1.81 in width, and 2.00 in length, with bare aluminum construction and copper wire leads featuring brite tin plating. It supports a ripple current of 0.82 A at 120 Hz and 1.35 A at 20 kHz, with an ESR of 330 mΩ at 120 Hz. The capacitor is rated for 10,000 hours at rated voltage and ripple current at 105 °C. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to 105 °C. The case is sealed by welding with a stainless steel sleeve, and mounting tabs are welded to the case. Vibration resistance is up to 10 g peak without the HV option.
