The MCM01 series is a surface-mount, high-power RF capacitor designed for applications up to 1000 Vdc and temperatures to +200 °C with no voltage derating. It uses PTFE or mica dielectric, offers capacitance values from 1 to 1500 pF, and features low ESL and ESR (<11 mΩ at 100 MHz), nonmagnetic construction, and thermal conductivity compatible with FR4 PCBs. The gull-wing terminal minimizes mechanical stress, and the part is wave-solderable with no cracking or delamination. Capacitance tolerances range from ±0.25 pF to ±5%, and the CTE is approximately 18 ppm/°C.
