The EDS105Z3R6H is a thru-hole stacked coin-type electric double layer supercapacitor designed for integrated circuit voltage backup and battery power delivery. It operates at a rated voltage of 3.6 Vdc, with a capacitance of 1.0 F and an ESR of 30 Ω at 1 kHz. The device features a horizontal mounting style (H type) and measures 19.5 mm in length, 12.5 mm in diameter, and 13.5 mm in maximum height. It withstands operating temperatures from -25 °C to +85 °C and meets life, moisture, and temperature cycling requirements with capacitance change within ±30% and ESR within 4 to 5 times initial values under stress conditions.
