Capacitance ranges from 0.001 to 1.0 µF with tolerances of ±5%, ±10%, or ±20%. Voltage ratings span 100 to 600 VDC. Operating temperature is rated from -55°C to +85°C at full voltage, with derating to 70% at +105°C and 50% at +125°C.
