P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET for commercial and industrial applications, rated at -12 V drain-source voltage and -5.1 A continuous drain current, with a maximum on-state resistance of 35 mΩ at 4.5 V gate-source voltage and 5.1 A drain current. Housed in an SOT-23 (TO-236) package, it supports a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and dissipates up to 1.25 W when mounted on a PCB with minimum recommended copper pad. Compliant with RoHS and UL 94 V-0, and rated AEC-Q101 compliant when designated with suffix -Q. Features fast switching times, with turn-on time of 10 ns and turn-off time of 21 ns under specified test conditions.
