The DI035P02PT is a P-channel power MOSFET designed for load switching and power management in battery-powered devices. It is packaged in a QFN3x3 (DFN3030) case with a low profile and weighs approximately 0.1 g. The device has a continuous drain current of 35 A at 25°C, a drain-source breakdown voltage of 20 V, and a maximum power dissipation of 52 W. Its on-state resistance is less than 3.9 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage.
