Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DI025N25PQ

DI025N25PQ is an N-channel power MOSFET rated for 250 V drain-source voltage and 25 A continuous drain current at 25°C, housed in a QFN5x6 package with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. It features a maximum on-state resistance of 80 mΩ, a single-pulse avalanche energy rating of 320 mJ, and 100% avalanche testing. The device supports logic-level gate drive with a total gate charge of 24 nC and is compliant with AEC-Q101 and RoHS standards. Thermal resistance from junction to case is less than 0.89 K/W. The package is surface-mount, tape-and-reel packed, with soldering suitability up to 260°C for 10 seconds and MSL level 3. Case material meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
