Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DI006N06PW

The DI006N06PW is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for power management, battery-powered devices, DC-DC conversion, and load switching applications. It is housed in a QFN2x2 package with a low profile and weighs approximately 0.05 g. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 65 V, a continuous drain current of 6.0 A, and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. Its on-state resistance is less than 20 mΩ at V_GS = 10 V and I_D = 6 A. The MOSFET is AEC-Q101 compliant when designated with the -Q suffix and qualified with the -AQ suffix. It is RoHS compliant, meets UL 94V-0 for case material, and has a reflow soldering rating of 260°C for 10 seconds.
