DIODES Incorporated Single Bipolar Transistors DXTN07100BFGQ-7

The DXTN07100BFGQ-7 is an NPN medium power transistor in a PowerDI3333-8 package, rated for 100V collector-emitter voltage and 2A continuous collector current with a peak pulse current of 6A. It features a low saturation voltage of less than 250mV at 1A, operates up to +175°C, and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, wettable flanks for optical inspection, and is RoHS compliant. Thermal resistance ranges from 44°C/W to 140°C/W depending on PCB copper area. It is supplied in a 7-inch reel with 2000 units per reel.
