The DMTH63M5LFGQ-7 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 93A at TC=25°C and an on-resistance of 3.8mΩ at VGS=10V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF16949 certified facilities. It supports 100% unclamped inductive switching testing and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C.
