The DMTH6005LFGQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified, 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, sized at 3.30mm x 3.30mm, designed for automotive applications. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 98A at TC=+175°C and a low RDS(ON) of 4.1mΩ at VGS=10V, enabling efficient power management in synchronous rectification, motor control, and DC-DC converters. The device is housed in a thermally efficient, molded plastic package with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is lead-free and RoHS compliant, and operates from -55°C to +175°C. The part is supplied in 3000-unit tape and reel packaging.
