The DMTH4M75SPSWQ-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for automotive applications, featuring a 40V drain-source voltage rating and a maximum on-resistance of 0.75mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage. It is housed in a PowerDI5060-8 package with a height of 1.10mm maximum and a footprint of 5.15mm × 6.40mm, suitable for thin applications. The device supports continuous drain current of 337A at TC = +25°C and is rated for operation up to +175°C junction temperature.
