The DMTH4M40LPGWQ is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI8080-5 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and efficiency. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 847A at TC = +25°C and 599A at TC = +100°C, with a static drain-source on-resistance of 0.4mΩ at VGS = 10V and 0.64mΩ at VGS = 4.5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It supports 100% UIS testing, has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 0.3°C/W, and operates from -55°C to +175°C.
