The DMTH47M2SPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as synchronous rectification and DC-DC conversion. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40V and a maximum on-state resistance of 7.5mΩ at VGS = 10V and TC = 25°C. The device supports a continuous drain current of 73A at TC = 25°C and is rated for operation from -55°C to +175°C. It features an avalanche energy rating of 30.5mJ and is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q100/101/200 standards. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020, and is RoHS compliant with a wettable flank for optical inspection. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per reel.
