DMTH47M2LPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and synchronous rectification. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40 V, a continuous drain current of 73.0 A at TC = 25°C, and an on-resistance of 7.3 mΩ at VGS = 10 V and 12 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V. The device operates from -55°C to +175°C, is rated for 100% unclamped inductive switching, and features a wettable flank for optical inspection. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 units per reel.
