The DMTH45M5SPSWQ is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 86A at 25°C case temperature, a low on-resistance of 5.5mΩ at VGS=10V, and is qualified to AEC-Q101 with PPAP capability. The device supports 100% UIS testing, has a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, and is RoHS compliant with a halogen- and antimony-free "Green" molding compound. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.0°C/W, and it is supplied in tape and reel packaging as DMTH45M5SPSWQ-13.
