The DMTH43M8LFVWQ is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and operation up to +175°C. It features a low RDS(ON) of 4.3mΩ at 10V gate drive and 7.5mΩ at 4.5V, with continuous drain current ratings of 96A at TC=+25°C and 21A at TA=+25°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, with a wettable flank design for improved optical inspection and 100% UIS tested for robustness. Thermal resistance is 2.3°C/W junction-to-case and 41°C/W junction-to-ambient on a standard PCB. Package dimensions are 3.30mm x 3.30mm, with a maximum height of 0.85mm.
