The DMTH41M3LPSW is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power conversion in automotive and industrial applications. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 223A at 25°C and a low on-resistance of 1.38mΩ at VGS=10V and 2.3mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device supports junction temperatures up to +175°C with a thermal resistance of 1.3°C/W from junction to case. It is rated for 100% unclamped inductive switching, has a wettable flank for optical inspection, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The package has a profile of 0.90 to 1.10mm and is RoHS compliant with a matte tin finish. DC-DC converters, engine management, and body control systems are typical applications.
