DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMTH4012LPDWQ-13

The DMTH4012LPDWQ-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI®5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and operation up to +175°C. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 40V, with on-resistance of 14mΩ at 10V gate drive and 22.5mΩ at 4.5V gate drive. The device supports continuous drain current up to 29A at +25°C and is qualified to AEC-Q101, with PPAP capability and manufacturing in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 7.5°C/W. The package is surface-mount with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020, and it is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per reel.
