The DMTH10H071LFDFWQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET for automotive power management and DC-DC converter applications, housed in a U-DFN2020-6/SWP package with a 0.6mm profile and 4mm² footprint. It features a 100V drain-source voltage rating, on-resistance of 68mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage, and continuous drain current of 4.6A at 25°C. The device supports peak pulsed currents up to 26A and operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. Thermal resistance is 50°C/W with a 1 inch² copper pad and 81.5°C/W on a standard FR-4 PCB.
