The DMTH10H032SPSW is a 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as synchronous rectifiers and DC-DC converters. It has a maximum on-resistance of 32mΩ at VGS = 10V and ID = 5A, with a continuous drain current of 25A at TC = +25°C and 50A at TC = +125°C. The device supports a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, features a wettable flank for improved optical inspection, and is RoHS compliant with a UL 94 V-0 rated molded plastic package. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 3.9°C/W. The part is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q100/101/104/200, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. Packaging is tape and reel with 2,500 units per reel.
