DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH10H032LFVWQ-13

The DMTH10H032LFVWQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified, 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications such as DC-DC converters and power-management functions. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 26A at TC = +25°C and 18A at TC = +100°C, with a static drain-source on-resistance of 30mΩ at VGS = 10V and 50mΩ at VGS = 4.5V. The device supports thermal resistance of 40°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper FR-4 board with a 1-inch square thermal pad, and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and includes wettable flanks for improved optical inspection. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 units per reel.
