DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMT8003SPSW-13

The DMT8003SPSW-13 is an 80V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency switching and synchronous rectification applications. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 100A at TC = +25°C with a drain-source on-resistance of 3.9mΩ at VGS = 10V and 6mΩ at VGS = 6V. The device features a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.5°C/W and is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability. The package is molded plastic with a 94V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
