DMT64M1LPSW-13 is a 65V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and sync rectification. The device features a maximum on-resistance of 4.4mΩ at VGS = 10V and 6.3mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, with a continuous drain current of 81.7A at TC = +25°C. It meets AEC-Q100/101/200 qualifications and is RoHS compliant, with a wettable flank for improved optical inspection. The package has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 2.84°C/W and operates from -55°C to +150°C. The part is supplied in a 2500/tape-and-reel packaging.
