The DMPH6050SPDWQ-13 is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for automotive applications, housed in a PowerDI5060-8 package measuring 5.15 mm BSC by 6.40 mm BSC. It is rated for a drain-source voltage of -60 V, with continuous drain currents of -26 A at 25°C case temperature and -16.8 A at 125°C case temperature. The device exhibits a low on-resistance of 48 mΩ at -10 V gate-source voltage and 60 mΩ at -4.5 V gate-source voltage, and is qualified to AEC-Q101 with PPAP support. It features wettable flanks for improved optical inspection, is lead-free and RoHS compliant, and operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.9°C/W, and the package is rated Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 per J-STD-020.
