The DMPH4023SPDW-13 is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -40V, a maximum continuous drain current of -27A at +25°C case temperature, and a maximum on-state resistance of 26mΩ at VGS = -10V. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, with a total power dissipation of 3.1W when mounted on an FR-4 board with thermal bias. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 49°C/W under steady-state conditions. The package is molded plastic, RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a quantity of 2500 per carrier.
