DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP6111SSS-13

The DMP6111SSS-13 is a 60V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SO-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It has a maximum on-resistance of 115mΩ at VGS = -10V and 145mΩ at VGS = -4.5V, with a gate threshold voltage range of -1V to -3V. The device supports a continuous drain current of -3.2A at TA = +25°C and a pulsed drain current of -23A. It is rated for a total power dissipation of 1.7W with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 72°C/W under minimum pad layout conditions. The MOSFET is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is RoHS compliant, and has moisture sensitivity level 1. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per carrier.
