The DMP58D1LVQ is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT563 package, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -50V, a continuous drain current of -220mA at +25°C, and a maximum on-resistance of 8Ω at VGS = -5V. The device features low gate threshold voltage, low input capacitance, and fast switching speed. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 159°C/W with a 1-inch square copper pad layout. Operating and storage junction temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C.
