DMP31D7LDWQ is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT363 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as motor controls, DC-DC converters, and power management functions. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, continuous drain currents of -0.55A at -10V gate-source voltage and -0.4A at -4.5V, and on-resistance values of 0.9Ω at -10V and 1.7Ω at -4.5V gate-source voltage. The device features an ESD-protected gate, low input capacitance, and fast switching speed. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020, and a thermal resistance of 301°C/W when mounted on a 1 in² copper plate. The DMP31D7LDWQ-13 variant is supplied in a 10,000-piece tape and reel package.
