The DMP31D1UWQ-7 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT323 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30 V, a continuous drain current of -0.6 A at 25°C, and a maximum on-resistance of 1 Ω at VGS = -4.5 V. The device features a low gate threshold voltage, fast switching speed, and ESD-protected gate. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, making it suitable for automotive applications. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020, and terminals finished in matte tin annealed over alloy 42. The part is delivered in a 3,000-piece tape and reel package.
