The ALD810025SCL is a quad Supercapacitor Auto Balancing (SAB™) MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, designed to balance leakage currents in up to four series-connected supercapacitors. Each of the four integrated MOSFETs has a precision gate threshold voltage of 2.50V at IDS(ON) = 1µA and exhibits exponential current variation with input voltage, ranging from below 0.3nA to over 1000µA. The device operates with a maximum drain-source voltage of 10.6V and supply voltage of 15.0V, supports operating currents up to 80mA, and dissipates up to 500mW. It is rated for commercial temperature range 0°C to +70°C and meets RoHS requirements. The device enables zero-power voltage balancing with near-zero additional leakage and automatic response to voltage deviations.
