The DMP3036SFVQ is a 30V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications. It features a continuous drain current of -30A at Tc = +25°C and a drain-source on-resistance of 20mΩ at VGS = -10V and 29mΩ at VGS = -5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It has a thermal resistance of 55°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper FR-4 board with thermal bias and operates from -55°C to +150°C. The package is a thermally efficient, lead-free, RoHS-compliant molded plastic with a 94V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1.
