The DMP3027LFDFQ is a 30V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2020-6 package measuring 2.0mm x 2.0mm, designed for high-efficiency power-management and general-purpose switching applications. It has a maximum continuous drain current of -8.5A at 25°C with a gate-source voltage of -10V, and an on-resistance of 25mΩ at -10V and 38mΩ at -4.5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. It features a thermal resistance of 45.8°C/W when mounted on a 1-inch square copper plate.
