The DMP22D5UFB4 is a 20V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management in portable and automotive electronics. It features a compact X2-DFN1006-3 package measuring 1.0mm x 0.6mm with a 0.4mm profile, ideal for space-constrained, low-profile applications. The device has a drain-source on-resistance of 1.9Ω at VGS = -4.5V and -0.4A, and 2.4Ω at VGS = -2.5V and -0.36A. It is ESD protected, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The part is qualified to AEC-Q200 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 272.1°C/W on a standard board and 106.2°C/W with thermal vias.
