The DMP1012USSQ-13 is a 12V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SO-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification, PPAP capability, and IATF 16949 certified manufacturing. It features a maximum continuous drain current of -8.5A at VGS = -4.5V and an on-resistance of 13.5mΩ at that condition. The device has a thermal resistance of 99°C/W in a standard PCB setup and 77°C/W with a 1-inch square copper plate. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +150°C. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per carrier.
