The DMN62D2UW is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT323 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as motor control and backlighting. It features low on-resistance of 2.0Ω at VGS=5.0V and 2.5Ω at VGS=2.5V, fast switching speeds, and ESD protection. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It has a thermal resistance of 199°C/W when mounted on a recommended PCB layout, with an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The package measures 2.15mm x 2.10mm x 0.95mm and is supplied in tape and reel packaging. The DMN62D2UW-7 variant is a tape-and-reel version of this part, with 3,000 units per reel.
