The DMN3732UVT is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TSOT26 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V, continuous drain current of 1.0 A at VGS = 2.5 V, and on-resistance of 560 mΩ at VGS = 2.5 V and 460 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V. The device has a power dissipation of 0.5 W on a standard PCB, with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 252 °C/W and 150 °C/W under enhanced thermal conditions. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to +150 °C. The package is molded plastic with a "Green" compound, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is moisture sensitive level 1 per J-STD-020, and is fully RoHS compliant. Terminals are matte tin annealed over copper. The part is packaged in tape and reel for 10,000 pieces per reel.
