DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMN3732UQ-13

The DMN3732UQ-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT23 package, designed for high-efficiency power management in portable electronics and automotive applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V, a continuous drain current of 0.8 A at 25°C, and on-state resistance of 460 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V. The device features a low gate threshold voltage of 0.45 to 0.95 V, ESD-protected gate, and is AEC-Q101 qualified with IATF16949 certification. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in a 10,000-unit reel.
