The DMN2992UWQ is a 20V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT323 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications including DC-DC converters and analog switches. It has a continuous drain current of 0.54A at 25°C and 0.45A at 70°C, with on-resistance of 0.99Ω at VGS=4.5V, 1.2Ω at VGS=2.5V, and 1.8Ω at VGS=1.8V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, making it suitable for automotive applications. It features low input capacitance, fast switching speed, and is RoHS compliant with a 'Green' molding compound. Thermal resistance is 274°C/W on a 2oz copper PCB with a 1-inch square copper plate. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 units per reel.
