The DML3008LFDS-7 is a single-channel smart load switch designed for efficient power domain switching in portable electronics, notebooks, telecom, and industrial systems. It features an integrated N-channel MOSFET with ultra-low on-resistance, an input voltage range of 0.5V to 20V, and a V-DFN2020-8 package measuring 2.0mm x 2.0mm. The device includes power good signaling, thermal shutdown, load bleed for quick discharge, and ultra-low standby current. It is RoHS 3 compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and rated for moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in 3,000-unit tape and reel packaging.
